I am a regular customer of Burns and recently had an especially positive experience there. I had to purchase some medical assistance equipment for a family member and remember seeing your display on previous visits. Sharon, on your staff, came over to assist us. Sharon was extremely helpful and quite knowledgable about the use and fitting of all of the equipment. It was reassuring to have a professional assist us in our decision making and to help us decide which equipment would fit our needs.
Thank you for providing knowledgable and friendly staff like Sharon, and for continuing to operate a fine store which adds to the desirable character of La Jolla.

Thank you for your outstanding service... Recently I accidently burned my finger. Without thinking twice I came to the obvious first choice, Burns Drugs. Malcolm and the staff were again very helpful, and my healing progressed at a rate I have never before seen. If I were to pick random items on my own, my decisions would not have been optimal; or perhaps outright worng in this case.
I practice a form of natural healthcare that uses the hands, and without them I would be in severe distress and perhaps unemployed...This establishment is a truly special location. The sense of community inside, demonstrated by the people is the key ingredient.

While visiting La Jolla and experiencing the fantastic view from high above city, my husband was stung by an angry bee near his eye. After using our GPS to get us down the winding streets to Burns Drugs for some quick first aid, we were pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a drugs store. Wayne V. Woods, R. Ph and his staff wer so caring and kind and helpful. A quick dose of Benadrul and a referral to a local eye doctor and we were off...
Great store, lots of fun stuff PLUS the pharmacy stuff you would expect. The pharmacy staff are FIRST RATE!
